Privacy Policy Reservations made on our website and personal information are not shared with third parties. Any details of Payments made with the Credit card are transferred with an encrypted SSL certificate by means of a password to the bank. The credit card details are not stored in any way on our website.
Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations made up to two days (48hours) before the Rental date will not be Charged. Cancellations made in less than 48 hours to the Rental date are Charged the Rental Fee of two days. Reservations made less than 48 hours before the Rental date are not entitled to a Refund. Inability to procure necessary information or a Credit Card when required in less than 48 hours prior to the Rental date will result into cancellation of the reservation.
Deposite payments made for Reservations: Deposites will be refunded for cancellations made up to 48hours before the intended rental date. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the Rental date, a fee amounting to a three day car rental fee or a fee higher than the initial deposite will be charged. Reservations made in less than 3 days to the rental date are definitely non- refundable. If by any chance there are any documents missing or a credit card is not submitted at the time of payment less than 48hours to the rental date, the reservation will be cancelled.
DRIVER'S LICENCE AND AGE RESTRICTIONS:
Cars belonging to the Economic (class) group can be leased to drivers of the age 25 with atleast a five year drivers license.
Cars belonging to the middle (class) group can be leased to drivers of the age 27 with atleast a seven year drivers license.
Cars belonging to the Upper class group can be leased to drivers who are atleast 30 years of age with a 7 year drivers license.
Deposite and Payment conditions
A Credit Card that is listed under the name of the customer renting the car is needed when renting the car. The vehicle will not be handed over to customers who have made Reservations (personally or online) using a credit card that is listed under a different name even though the reservation has been approved. These credit cards can be blocked in varying amounts depending on the grouping (class) of the cars. For the Economic class 750 turkish liras, Middle class 1000 turkish liras and Upper class cars 1500tl.
If The Credit card is blocked, it may take up to 3 to 7 days to be unblocked. Renting the Upper class cars may require a double credit card. Foreign customers may be required to show their passports or a valid drivers license. Euroauto Rent a Car Rental prices that include or do not include certain points are included in the prices of products and services you see on the web site.
Casualty Insurance Excempted
Casualty insurance is exempted from all Rentals. Extra insurance is not necessary for the vehicle to be insured, Extra Insurance has been listed below. This insurance covers all damages during accidents. Depending on the Class of cars, Casualty insurance will cover only damages that meet the conditions of the particular Insurance acquired for that car. Acquiring Extra deductible insurance can cover the rest of the damage. This insurance does not cover extra damages (glass breaking, tire fragmentation, broken headlights etc.).
- Other additional taxes are added on our prices.
!Situations when the Insurance is Invalid:
The Insurance coverage and benefits will be considered null and void in the following situations
- The use of alcohol or under the influence of drugs while using the vehicle
- Another driver other than the driver who made the registration during the rental contract registration.
- The Misuse of the vehicle (used to carry excess load or use excessive speed)
- The use of highways without complying to the traffic rules (red light violation, speeding, alcohol and influence of drugs).
- Careless use of the vehicle (to put the wrong fuel in the vehicle, using the vehicle's heat, driving with flat tire, bad road conditions and territory etc.)
- In cases where an accident occurred while driving the vehicle, not keeping the accident report, not photographing the accident and the incident place. Euroto rent a car will not report the accident.
- In cases of theft of the vehicle, not filing a report (the vehicle’s key must be in the user’s hands at the time of theft)
- Not seeking authorization from Euroauto for an extension of the use of the vehicle or failure to deliver the vehicle on the agreed date of delivery.According to the conditions of the Traffic insurance, compensation is guaranteed for any damages to third parties.Users are responsible for any other amount to be formed.
Services excluded from our prices
Full Accident Insurance; It eliminates the deductable amount (This amount varies according to the Group the car belongs t). In case of no collision, it compensates all damage up to the amount of the deductable price without the need of an accident report (small parking damages, headlight breakages etc. The other vehicle involved in the damage)
Tire Glass Headlight Insurance; It covers all damages to the glass and tires of the vehicle.

Theft Insurance;
- With stolen cars, other necessary payments that come up during the cars insurance payment process will be paid. You can buy this insurance by paying 6 TL a day.
One-way fee
- A one way fee will be charged If the Rented Car is parked at another station different from the one it was picked up from. The cost may vary depending on the distance of the car from the required drop off point.. The fee may not be collected depending on the Rental period. You can get further information from our Customer Servive personel concerning suitable location fees. Highway and money-pass roads ;
- For highway, toll road and bridge crossings, HGS cards are available in vehicles. The Customer will also be charged a fee for these passes.
- The customer is responsible for the fuel of the vehicle. Vehicles can be delivered and received with a full tank whenever possible. If the tank is not full, the vehicle will be taken back with the initial amount of fuel that it was received. Return of Cars with Insufficient fuel will be charged a fee of 25 dollars.
Child seat
- You can rent a child seat during the lease. You can also buy the child seat on our website during the rental.
Change Requests, lease Agreement;
Prices and reservation confirmations have been given with certain conditions above. İn case of situations where it becomes hard to apply or change these conditions, such as ( if the car is not reserved, or if the car needs to go for check-up ) the refund will not be processed. Even though the changing car request is accepted, because of the change in the total price, extra money may be taken. If any of these conditions are changed, the renting price may also change. The First Extension request can be made via phone call and a confirmation will be sent to the customer. In case of another extension request, the vehicle must be brought to one of our offices for checking first.
- Changing the date and time of return (extension / early return)
- Changes in the return station - Vehicle Group changes - the request for adding an additional driver to the contract – The time difference of the rental period is 24 hours. An amount of up to 20% of the daily rental rate may be claimed for every hour that it is late. Delays in delivery of the vehicle without approval may lead to the increase of other charges that the Insurance (Full or Accident Insurance Deductable) does not cover.

bookings made on our website are available with the following conditions: Reservations can be made easily on our website. While making a reservation, you should provide us with your e-mail adress. After the reservation is completed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail adress you provided. It is necessary to keep the confirmation e-mail for further queries. Please note that, you will not be able to access the e-mail again on our website. Euroauto will take into account any inconsistencies on the Price, Vehicle class, and rental dates which may occur. Eurauto rent a car will not take responsibility for any charges that are as a result of typing errors and or missing information made during the process of the reservation. If any problem occurs while trying to change the conditions of the reservation (taking a turn before the date or after a change in the return station, changing the car group, contract additional drivers added demand) we may not give you any discount. You can get the information about accident insurance, KDV and other additional services by reading the "Price Terms" section. During busy seasons, all or part of the cost of the car rental reservation during or after the "mail order" or "account transfer" can be requested through other methods. Payements in advance, in case of cancellation of the reservation, the agent who will be delivered will not be charged until at least 48 hours, from that time (48 hours less time remaining in the cancellation or lease terms to comply with failure due to the vehicle's instrument) the reservation fails to be delivered to a (2) daily rental fee and that fee is charged. Cancellation notices should be sent via Fax +90 232 251 55 29 and e-mail should be sent to the adress: www.eurauto.com.tr. In case of any change in the date of renting during the resevation, a standard fee will be charged as it is shown in the contract. The contract will be signed during the rental period . Even though the reservation has been made, Eurauto rent a car have the right not to deliver the car when it is necessary. You can call our call center for further information. You can change the Car you initially rented with another of equal value. Once the reservation is made, our reservation department will inform you through message or phone call. During the reservation, payments can be made with the credit card in the section of "mail order"or "transfer to account".Even though a cash payment is made, a pre authorization fee of 1000tl can be blocked according to the group of car you have chosen. During the delivery, Eurauto have the right to cancel delivery and refund your money when necessary. Reservations made on our website are only valid when the "Conditions of Rental Car", "Fee Conditions" and "Using Website Conditions" sections are read carefully and accepted.
